About Access to CBT
Access to CBT is a North Wales based therapy practice founded by Faramarz Hashempour, which has a national and international reputation for:
Safe and effective therapy tailor-made for you or your family
Bespoke professional coaching for your group or organisation
World class training and supervision for therapy practitioners
Our mission is to provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in an open and encouraging environment.
We believe that CBT works best when it understands what is unique about the individual or group using the treatment.
The goal is to help those using CBT to reclaim and sustain their quality of life, and give them the skills to solve problems better.
